These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MoveWorth ("the Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
1. Service Overview
The Service provides a web-based asset simulation tool for users considering international relocation, based on income, expenses, tax information, and other financial data.
2. Registration
Account registration via email is required to use the simulation features. Information provided during registration must be accurate and current. You are responsible for managing your account credentials.
3. Pricing Plans and Free Trial
The Service offers a free plan (Free) and paid plans (Pro, Premium). Pricing, features, and payment terms for paid plans are described on the Pricing page. Prices for paid plans may change without prior notice. The Pro plan includes a 3-day free trial. A credit card is required to start the free trial. After the trial period ends, the monthly Pro plan fee ($8/month) will be charged automatically. If you cancel during the trial period, no charges will be made. You can cancel via the Subscription Management section on your Account page.
4. Simulation Results Disclaimer
Simulation results provided by the Service are estimates based on input data and general economic indicators, and do not guarantee actual future asset values. Tax systems, exchange rates, inflation rates, and other factors fluctuate, so actual results may differ. The Service assumes no responsibility for relocation or financial decisions made based on our results. Please consult professionals (financial planners, tax advisors, etc.) for important decisions.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited: • Unauthorized use or reverse engineering of the Service • Harassment of other users • Account registration with false information • Interfering with Service operations • Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of Service content • Automated mass access using bots or scripts
6. Intellectual Property
All content within the Service (text, design, logos, software, etc.) is the intellectual property of the Service or its licensors.
7. Service Changes & Suspension
The Service may modify, suspend, or terminate operations without prior notice. The Service is not liable for any damages resulting from such changes.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." No express or implied warranties are made regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Service is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
The Service may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon posting on the Service. We will notify you of significant changes via registered email or through the Service.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
